- Monthly backups taken of your website to ensure your site is never lost and can be easily restored.
Content Updates
A dull, boring, outdated website is no place visitors want to be. If you're lucky enough to get them to stop by and visit once, without fresh content, they surely won't be back again. I can keep your website updated with fresh content as often as you can supply it.
Technical Support
To put it quite simply, I am here to help and advise you on any aspect of your website. Whatever it is, just send me an email or give me a call. I will try to ensure all inqueries are acknowledged immediately and suitable support is issued within 24 hours.
Personal Consultation
In addition to the technical support, I can arrange personal consultations should you ever have a situation that requires specific one-to-one advice or personal demonstrations. All personal consultations can be made at the location of the client to help make things that little bit easier for you.
Monthly Carryover
There may be the occasion when you don't need to use the full allocation of a monthly limit. With the addition of the monthly limit carryover, this is not an issue as any remaining credit from the previous month is simply carried over and added to the next months allocation. This ensures you maximise the effectiveness of your maintenance plan and get the most value for money.
Website Statistical Reports
How many people visited your site last month? Don't feel bad, 90% of all business owners don't know either. But I can provide you with statistics that will enable you to see your websites activity from the past day, week, month and year. This can be used in conjunction with known changes made to your company or website to see if they have had an online effect.
Monthly Backup
We all know that despite the best-laid plans, accidents and mishaps can still happen, so it is always a good idea to be well prepared for any such eventuality. Every month I will create and compile a complete backup copy of your entire website. I then archive it in a safe place just incase disaster should strike. At any moment I can instantly revert back to an earlier version of your website, should the need ever arise.
In addition, all web maintenance plans will include:
- A private test area on my demo server where updates are made to your site before the changes go "live" to the public. This way your visitors never see unapproved changes or "under construction" pages whilst work is in progress.
- Detailed reports explaining the amount of web traffic and hits being generated by your website on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis. These reports will also provide useful information with regards each user's operating system and browser.
- Notification if you account is approaching limits for disk space or bandwidth limits. This can prevent any interruption of service or account overage fees from the hosting provider.
- Testing after every update to ensure it integrates with the current site and prevent any possible errors.
